Teri B. Himebaugh, J.D., L.l.M

Teri B. Himebaugh has a Juris Doctor and a Legal Master’s degree. She is a sole practitioner and has been practicing law for more than 33 years. Teri has served as co-chair for the International Human Rights Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, as well as on the Board of the American Civil Liberties Union (Philadelphia Chapter) and is a current member of the U.S. District Court Prisoner Civil Rights Panel. Teri has been a civil rights activist for thirty years and continues to fight for social justice and prisoners’ rights.

Paul McCauley Ph.D.

Dr. McCauley is a professor Emeritus of Criminology and former chairperson of the Department of Criminology, Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP).  Dr. McCauley has been an independent consulting criminologist for more than thirty years and continues to be engaged in criminal justice policy, and operational research. He was a faculty member of the Southern Police Institute, School of Police Administration for 10 years. During which time he lectured to more than 1,500 police commanders from across the United States. Dr. McCauley is qualified as a police expert in both state and federal courts in more than 30 states, including the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 


Samuel Stretton Esq.

Samuel Stretton graduated Dickenson School of Law and has been practicing law in Pennsylvania since 1973. His practice is statewide, and he handles many trials in Philadelphia and the surrounding area, with his primary office located in Chester County.  In his practice, Mr. Stretton emphasizes trial and appellate work at the state and federal levels, juvenile law, criminal law, judicial and attorney disciplinary proceedings, election law and first amendment cases. Mr.Stretton was selected to Super Lawyers for 2005 – 2022 and is a regular contributor in the area of legal ethics to the Legal Intelligencer.


Isaiah Thomas

Democratic Nominee for Philadelphia City Council, At- Large, Isaiah Thomas is a dedicated public servant from northwest Philadelphia. Isaiah is a graduate of Penn State University and holds a graduate degree from Lincoln University. Throughout his career, Isaiah has worked in the non-profit, public, and private sectors in positions that directly impact the important Philadelphia issues. 


Janese Jackson

Director of Development for PTP. Janese Jackson is the Director of Operations at Mission Critical Team Institute. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Notre Dame, she went on to pursue a career in event planning and coordination with Wharton Leadership Ventures at the Wharton School of Business. As the Director of Operations at MCTI, Janese leverages her leadership and management skills to ensure all coordinated events, seminars and courses for the Instructor Cadres of Mission Critical Teams are completed to the satisfaction of our member organizations. Janese is responsible for ensuring that day to day communications and logistics of MCTI run smoothly and effectively.


Celeste Trusty

Celeste Trusty serves as founder and principal strategist for north star advocacy, a movement strategy firm guided by our north star of collective liberation.  At north star advocacy, Celeste supports criminal legal reform organizations with policy and advocacy strategy, and partners with decision-makers and community members to work toward transformational systemic reforms. Ms. Trusty previously served as state legislative affairs director for FAMM. Celeste was appointed by Gov. Tom Wolf to the Judicial Conduct Board of PA from 2020 to 2022; and was appointed as Secretary of the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons for the final year of the Wolf administration, where she oversaw the Commonwealth’s clemency process.


Archbishop Eugene Blount

Archbishop Eugene James Blount is the Senior Pastor of The Elim International Fellowship, Inc., The Protestant Cathedral in Brooklyn, New York. He's Also the Chief Prelateand Founder of TheInternational Fellowship of Elim, Inc. Archbishop Blount is also a man who's engaged in community, business and education. He holds a Masters of Arts degree in Religious Leadership and Administration from New York Theological Seminary. Archbishop Blount hosts a Christ-centered radio broadcast; Faith and Confidence. Each broadcast invites listeners into a moment of reflection ,encouragement, and spiritual formation rooted in faith, ordered in wisdom, and responsive to the needs of humanity.
